Jordon and Renata both graduated from Calvary Bible colleges before serving on staff at CBI Perú. Together they are passionate about discipling and raising up the next generation of ministry leaders.
Josué Valverdi
Campus Administrator
Josué is an both an alumni from CBI Perú an a native Argentine. He has a strong heart for Argentina as well as for the expositional teaching of God’s Word.

Arlin and Rossmery both served on staff at church at Calvary Trujillo in Perú before being called to serve as missionaries in Argentina.

Pastor Jerel Hagerman
President of CBI, Senior Pastor of CC Joshua Springs
Pastor Jerel has been a pastor since 1981 and has served as the senior pastor at Joshua Springs Calvary Chapel for the past 28 years. He has a heart for the next generation and his goal in ministry has always been to raise them up not only in the Word, but also in practical application to prepare them for their own ministries.
Pastor Mario Ochoa
Director of CBI Perú, assistant pastor at Calvary Trujillo
Pastor Mario Ochoa and his wife Andrea have served on staff at both CBI Kauai and CBI Perú. While serving on staff in Hawaii, the Ochoas prayed about returning to Peru, with God guiding them to take the step of faith to move their family to Trujillo in 2025.
Pastor Santiago Arias
Administrative pastor of Calvary Trujillo and international missionary
Pastor Santiago studied in Perú under Pastor Cory before later serving alongside Pastor Cory in both CBI Perú and Calvary Trujillo. Santiago was ordained in 2025, and in 2026 Santiago and Emma were married.
Pastor Joaquin Ibañez
Assistant pastor of Calvary Trujillo and National Missionary
Pastor Joaquin was saved through a local Calvary Chapel outreach in Perú in 2010 and graduated from Bible college in 2015. He then joined Pastor Cory in various mission trips around South America before being called to help start the church in Trujillo. He is now on staff at Calvary Trujillo and CBI Peru serving alongside his wife Ruth. He is incredibly talented with children and youth ministries, and has a heart to serve in any way possible.
Pastor Chris Fraley
Pastor of Wildwood Calvary Chapel
Pastor Chris has been in ministry for almost 40 years. He planted Wildwood Calvary Chapel in 1998 and has now been the head pastor for almost 30 years.
Pastor Carlos Viola
Pastor of Calvary La Vid
Pastor Carlos has been serving side by side with his wife Silvana in ministry for almost 15 years. He took over the head pastor role at Calvary La Vid in 2019.
